Many cases of back pain results from every day activities such as lifting heaving weights and standing on the same spot on long periods. This pain may fade away within a short period of time. It is not easy to pinpoint exactly what causes recurrent back pain, but chance are you will still experience back pain frequently if you fail to seek medical attention.

 

 

Whether your disorder requires special treatment or not, it is advisable to seek ways of eradicating back pain once and for all. One of the common slipped disc symptoms is experiencing a sharp pain in the back while bending; the pain can be severe and agonizing. Back pain can be blamed on weak muscles in the back, muscle spasm or tension, muscle or ligament tears, joint problems and generally poor muscle toning. If you have a slipped disc in the spinal column, you may experience slipped disc symptoms such as numbness, leg pain, weakness or tingling in the bones and emotional stress among others.

 

People with poor physical conditions such as obesity or those who do strenuous physical activities or sitting or standing on long periods are more vulnerable of developing recurrent back pain.

 

Occasionally back pain is also caused by other conditions including ulcers, arthritis, kidney diseases, gynecological conditions, cancer, bone injuries, heart diseases, pregnancy, and other intestinal problems. If you are experiencing recurrent back pain that is somehow unusual, it is advisable to consult a doctor to determine whether you have underlying health problems.
